 Quarterly Podcast CD Subscription
I publish my “E-Newsletter on E-Newsletters” every other Friday and have been doing so since late 1999. It’s free, and you’re welcome to subscribe if you haven't already.
For the last few years, I’ve also been recording each newsletter as a podcast and including a link to listen each time I publish. Same content, more or less, just in audio format.
Recently, we've taken it up a notch by putting those same podcasts – one quarter’s worth – on a physical, audio CD and offering it on a subscription basis. Yes, I know, it’s a little odd to take a virtual podcast, put it on a physical CD, and mail it the old fashioned way through the US Postal Service.
And yet, according to many of the people who receive these quarterly, it’s a very compelling format.
Depending on the quarter, you'll find six or seven of these, back-to-back, on each CD, and people enjoy popping them into their car CD player and listening as they drive. It’s a comfortable way to learn and if you close your eyes (not while you're driving), you can almost imagine me sitting there next to you, whispering E-Newsletter insights.
